Today, with a heavy heart, I must share that our journey has reached an unexpected end. Despite the incredible support and enthusiasm from our users, and the hard work and dedication of our amazing team, we were unable to secure the funding required to continue operating Billi. It's a difficult reality to face, but one that we must accept with humility and grace.

I want to take a moment and extend my heartfelt appreciation to every single one of you. Your unwavering trust, encouragement, and input played an instrumental role in molding Billi into the platform it became. Even though we reached just a fraction of the market, the positive influence we had on the lives of our members has left a positive mark and has been deeply inspiring.

To our incredible team, I am in awe of your passion, talent, and resilience. You have shown immense dedication and have poured your hearts into making Billi a reality. I am eternally grateful for the opportunity to work alongside you, and I am confident that each of you will go on to achieve great things.

As we close the book on our journey as Billi, I remain optimistic about the untapped potential in the fintech landscape. As a valued Billi user, you may be wondering about the platform's accessibility and the fate of your data during this transition. We want to assure you that your Billi account will remain accessible until April 26, 2023. On this date, our servers will be decommissioned. We will retain database backups for an additional 30 days, after which they will be permanently deleted.
